Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and public institutions across the DACH region
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in public sector organizations
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to public sector requirements
- Present value propositions aligned with public administration goals and digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct strategic account planning to uncover expansion potential within existing clients
- Address procurement processes specific to public entities with compliance and transparency
- Work closely with marketing to adapt messaging for public sector audiences
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events and public sector forums
- Stay informed about regulatory developments affecting public sector IT adoption
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures suitable for government procurement frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional support during proof-of-concept and pilot phases
- Translate client needs into actionable technical requirements for internal teams
- Ensure customer success through onboarding and adoption support
