Requirements
- 6–8 years of software development experience, ideally in full-stack systems
- 2–3 years as a Tech Lead in a B2B SaaS company or fast-scaling startup
- Strong coding background, with 1–2 years of experience in Python and React
- Proven ability to mentor and support engineers’ professional growth
- Experience designing scalable database architectures
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-driven development
- Comfortable with AWS products
- Advanced English (C1 or C2), both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience navigating ambiguity in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Track record of shaping frontend or full-stack architecture at scale
- Background in driving UI/UX improvements for technical products
