Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for interviews, internal updates, and pre-employment logistics.
- Create and distribute standard documents including compliance forms, onboarding resources, and communication templates.
- Support onboarding execution such as system configuration, document processing, background check coordination, and I-9 verification setup.
- Assist with readiness activities on an employee's first day, including orientation scheduling and system access setup.
- Produce and publish monthly new hire announcements on the company intranet to introduce recent hires and foster company-wide engagement.
- Evaluate feedback from new hire onboarding surveys and direct findings to relevant teams for action and process enhancement.
- Deliver administrative support by ensuring candidate documentation is correctly stored across multiple systems.
- Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Workday.
- Keep offer details, candidate profiles, and background check statuses current and accurate.
- Support audit readiness by preparing compliance records and completing required data entry.
- Update and maintain internal process documentation, onboarding forms, and resources for hiring managers.
- Contribute to special initiatives, process optimization efforts, and system rollouts within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide administrative assistance to Talent Acquisition leadership, including interview coordination and project-based tasks.
- Identify potential efficiency improvements and escalate recommendations to the Senior Associate or Manager.
