Responsibilities
- Designing foundational prompt architectures to maintain quick, accurate, and context-aware AI responses without increasing processing load or delays.
- Creating prompt frameworks that reflect a consistent, caring, and distinct brand voice.
- Integrating long-term user data into live conversations in a way that supports user control and natural interaction.
- Developing layered prompt sequences with recovery logic to manage off-topic exchanges, sudden shifts, turn-taking cues, and emotional complexity.
- Building instruction systems that coordinate interactions between users, external services, and internal matching algorithms in multi-agent setups.
- Constructing specialized testing methods to evaluate the quality of dialogue beyond surface-level correctness.
- Assessing nuanced conversational traits such as emotional warmth, responsiveness, and factual reliability to minimize errors and improve engagement.
