Ford is hiring a Controls Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Monitor automation cycle times using Vis Plant software and track ongoing automation projects and installations
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, robots, and other automated systems
  • Maintain current backups of automation programs
  • Develop and implement programs for new Body tooling and conveyor system installations
  • Modify existing automation code to support engineering changes and process enhancements
  • Manage and coordinate automation deployment initiatives
