Oklo Inc. is hiring a Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, evaluate, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Task Orders, Purchase Orders, consulting arrangements, construction contracts, and engineering service agreements
  • Assist in commercial discussions covering pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, liability clauses, insurance standards, and risk distribution
  • Facilitate contract review and approval workflows with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management, and executive teams
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, amendments, renewals, deliverables, and project closeout documentation
  • Help refine and enhance procurement processes, contract templates, and operational workflows
  • Ensure all procurement and contracting actions follow internal policies, quality standards, export controls, and contractual commitments
  • Monitor supplier documentation, certifications, quality records, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Act as the main internal contact for procurement and contracting inquiries
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, Quality, and Finance departments to support project delivery

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000–$140,000. Benefits include flexible time off, equity, performance bonuses, competitive pay, 401(k) plan, health insurance with employer contribution, HSA and FSA options, flexible work hours, wellness credits, and additional company benefits.
