Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations.
- You run cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
- You manage competing priorities without losing clarity or pace.
- A clear communicator who works well with leaders at all levels.
- The ability to drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys.
- Strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
- Help planning and executing engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
- A builder of project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.

- This is a contractor role.
- The role is contingent upon the applicant being eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
