Responsibilities
- Transform client needs into transaction logic, event-based processes, and system configurations on their platform
- Collaborate directly with client teams in joint sessions, clearly communicating technical choices and simplifying advanced engineering ideas
- Independently analyze API agreements and client tools to enable successful integrations
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the client's system environment, not in internal code, and provide clear, reproducible reports to engineering teams
- Routinely operate within an AI-supported development environment to increase speed and maintain high code quality
