Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of features or systems, ensuring their long-term sustainability and enhancing related components
- Collaborate transparently with product management, design, stakeholders, and engineering peers
- Refine engineering methods and system architecture in alignment with organizational goals through close coordination with senior engineers and tech leadership
- Advocate for and spread effective engineering standards and practices across teams
- Drive or significantly contribute to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that deliver substantial business value
- Implement continuous delivery practices and use expertise to strengthen deployment pipelines
- Support operations by helping diagnose and resolve live production issues
- Develop clean, modular, and reusable code based on industry best practices
- Treat on-call responsibilities as a standard engineering duty, actively seeking improvements in system stability and monitoring
- Guide and mentor engineers, playing an active role in code reviews
