Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract renewal workflows for assigned customers.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure smooth renewals and positive client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
- Lead internal forecasting conversations and pipeline evaluations with team members.
- Support the development of the renewal function by sharing insights and testing new procedures and playbooks.
- Conduct regular outbound customer calls—both planned and spontaneous—to help clients get the most from their subscription, meeting a monthly target of 42 calls.

- Candidates joining the Product team will attend in-person events, including Product Group Summits and team gatherings.
