Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain features within a live Craft CMS environment using frequent commits and rapid iteration cycles
- Support the transition from an outdated CMS to Craft, including redesigning user interfaces and experiences, with a target launch in mid-2026
- Collaborate directly with client-side engineers and product design partners to align on technical goals and mutual skill development
- Guide team members through mentorship and active knowledge transfer to enhance team-wide capabilities
- Engage in recurring demonstrations to showcase progress and technical solutions to broader teams
- Ensure system reliability and performance meet defined service level agreements through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Evaluate and apply new technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, when they provide measurable improvements to workflows or outcomes
