About the Role
The position involves leading the architecture and deployment of OpenStack 17 environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy OpenStack 17 cloud platforms
- Ensure infrastructure meets scalability and reliability requirements
- Integrate identity management and access controls
- Optimize network performance within cloud environments
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems
- Support disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Collaborate with development teams on cloud-native applications
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and processes
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Enforce security best practices across cloud services
- Automate deployment and configuration workflows
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Upgrade and patch OpenStack components
- Coordinate with stakeholders on technical requirements
- Evaluate new cloud technologies and tools
- Support hybrid cloud integration efforts
- Conduct system performance tuning
- Lead technical reviews and design sessions
- Provide expert guidance during incident response
- Drive continuous improvement in cloud operations
- Assist in defining service level objectives
