About the Role
You will evaluate and improve AI-generated contract management content, ensuring it reflects true commercial and legal expertise, rigorous logic, and industry best practices. Rather than doing traditional contract management, you’ll use your expertise to help AI systems deeply understand contract functions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance AI-generated content covering contract creation, negotiation strategies, risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and contract lifecycle processes
- Judge AI responses for legal accuracy, business reasoning, and real-world feasibility
- Develop authentic contract management situations and case examples based on firsthand experience
- Design scenario alternatives from multiple viewpoints such as contract managers, legal advisors, executives, and outside partners
- Detect inaccuracies, weaknesses, or flawed reasoning in AI-produced contract-related material

AI Lab roles — For AI Lab roles, we collect, review, and approve expert profiles for future project access. The listed missions are not immediate jobs. AI Lab work is often confidential, revealing details about ongoing AI research. Project needs arise unpredictably. When a request comes in, we often have 24 hours to respond with qualified talent. Matching depends on project-specific requirements and your specialized expertise. After approval, you may be matched to AI Lab projects as opportunities emerge—this could happen within hours or take several months, depending on lab research priorities.
