About the Role
The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of internal and client projects, as well as supporting new sales initiatives through solution development and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create technical designs for software setups, configurations, data conversions, and publishing stylesheets using related technologies
- Evaluate new sales opportunities and client needs
- Serve as a product specialist and help define enhancements to improve functionality
- Facilitate workshops, consulting sessions, and training programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
