Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine content creation workflows from concept to final publication, ensuring speed, punctual delivery, and compliance with deadlines.
- Keep the content schedule current, ensuring all new materials are recorded and support active marketing initiatives.
- Create and sustain clear documentation for content procedures, standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Partner across teams and departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols, including regular content reviews, to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and content guidelines.
- Perform detailed quality checks on all content types, including articles, digital media, videos, banners, and documents.
- Follow established content standards, style guides, brand voice, and tone consistently.
- Track content performance, evaluate metrics, and produce reports on content effectiveness, workflow productivity, and key quality indicators.
- Examine performance data to detect patterns and improvement opportunities, offering insights based on data analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in content management systems, SEO/SEM practices, CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, design tools like Canva, project tracking via Jira, and knowledge repositories like Confluence.
- Have working knowledge of AI-powered tools including Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, and similar platforms.
