Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging content for major digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, spanning short-form video, static imagery, and motion graphics
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, feels native to the platform, and is publication-ready without further revisions
  • Uphold high creative standards across all deliverables, even under fast-paced production demands
  • Generate original ideas that link brand messaging with current cultural trends and platform-specific user behaviours
  • Interpret creative briefs into compelling content, refining scripts, captions, and hooks as necessary
  • Adjust tone and visual style to suit different regional markets and platform contexts
  • Deliver content consistently and quickly within a continuous production environment
  • Design modular, reusable content assets—including templates, variations, and localized versions—to support scalable adaptation
  • Manage several concurrent content workflows without compromising quality or attention to detail
  • Localize content for diverse markets with attention to cultural nuance, language precision, and platform optimization
  • Bridge global creative vision with local market needs and execution requirements
  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts, and Account teams to ensure timely alignment, approvals, and delivery
  • Navigate legal, compliance, and brand review processes efficiently, identifying potential issues early
  • Partner with external creators, influencers, and production teams when required
  • Leverage performance metrics—such as engagement, saves, and viewer retention—to inform and improve creative strategies
  • Continuously refine content based on performance insights, testing what works and identifying scalable formats
  • Maintain excellence in visual design, editing, and brand consistency across all outputs
  • Embed accessibility and inclusivity principles into every piece of content
  • Stay informed about evolving platform features, emerging formats, and creative trends, applying relevant insights to daily work
