HoYoverse is hiring a Content Creator and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the off-site platform operation of creators of HoYoverse in North America
  • Maintain and expand overseas creator resources
  • Coordinate with the team to formulate and plan platform activities
  • Ensure creator activity rate
  • Be responsible for production indicators
  • Develop educational tools for content creators to help them understand the production’s direction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the quality of content creation
  • Use data and platform tools to identify high potential content creators
  • Train top level creators for HoYoverse
  • Collaborate with PM, Marketing and other teams to enhance the content impact with promotion for content creators of HoYoverse
