Responsibilities
- Monitor performance across content creators, campaigns, and produced content
- Analyze key performance indicators such as gross merchandise value, return on ad spend, click-through rate, hook effectiveness, viewer engagement duration, and conversion metrics
- Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools that deliver real-time performance data
- Identify high-impact creators and content generating the strongest revenue results
- Deconstruct successful content to isolate effective elements like hooks, formats, messaging, and posting timing
- Assess underperforming content and determine underlying reasons for poor results
- Convert analytical findings into practical guidance for creative development, influencer selection, and media investment teams
- Deliver specific guidance on where to increase investment, modify approach, or discontinue spending
- Collaborate closely with content strategy leads to improve messaging and creative direction
- Assist in implementing structured testing methodologies across creators and content variations
- Evaluate outcomes of content tests and ensure insights are recorded and implemented
- Regularly update performance benchmarks and key metrics based on new data trends
- Produce and maintain playbooks outlining strategies derived from top-performing content and creators
- Establish consistent reporting formats and insight distribution processes across departments
- Ensure data-driven insights inform ongoing content creation and scaling decisions
