Responsibilities
- Examine both structured and unstructured datasets to aid business operations and inform strategic decisions.
- Verify the completeness, correctness, and consistency of data using SQL and business intelligence tools.
- Identify data irregularities and work with regional and global teams to resolve quality issues.
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in daily team meetings to review progress, report obstacles, and synchronize on priorities.
- Deliver work outputs on schedule, meeting client requirements and internal performance metrics.
- Engage in efforts to automate routine processes to improve efficiency.
- Help develop and maintain process documentation, quality assurance dashboards, and internal tools.
- Assist in strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational procedures.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and technical and business units across functions.
- Lead smaller project components and manage task execution across international teams.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date operational records and standard operating procedures.
