- Collaborate on project teams handling complex assignments in restructuring advisory, contingency planning, and insolvency
- Deliver high-quality outputs within established timelines
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations
- Support the achievement of team performance goals
- Apply knowledge of financial engagement economics, risk management, and quality assurance
- Enhance skills in client relations, industry expertise, and leadership capabilities
- Expand technical knowledge and advisory competencies, including people management
- Stay informed on market trends, key issues, and the organization’s restructuring services
- Support leadership in fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace
- Contribute to colleague development through timely feedback, mentoring, and supervision
- Strengthen personal professional reputation and visibility
- Take initiative in business development activities and ownership of related tasks
- Develop a growing network of internal and external peers to exchange insights and explore opportunities
- Support sector or key account marketing initiatives, including event coordination
- Assist in developing research materials, proposals, and presentation content

Part of a global integrated advisory practice with over 80 professionals; 18 Senior Managing Directors and Managing Directors in Australia; reports to the leadership team
