Sia Partners is hiring a Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Data Strategy & Management

Responsibilities

• Support project execution, potentially managing multiple client engagements in Singapore and, when needed, international assignments.
• Assist in creating content and proposals for practice-specific business opportunities.
• Contribute actively to building and refining internal assets, intellectual property, frameworks, tools, templates, and best practices, ensuring integration across the practice.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, tracking and reporting on milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project scope and interdependencies effectively to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing timely resolution or mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
• Establish and maintain a clear delivery methodology for cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, and Redshift.
• Apply modern software development approaches including CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement where applicable.
• Oversee solution delivery using a mix of internal teams, external vendors, or hybrid resourcing models.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to steering committees and executive leadership.
• Support marketing initiatives and enhance practice visibility through social media and external channels.
• Pursue personal development through independent learning and mentorship from senior team members.
• Collaborate with other industry-focused teams within the firm to exchange knowledge and insights.
• Develop and sustain external professional networks to broaden expertise and industry engagement.
• Support thought leadership efforts by contributing to blogs and advancing internal methodologies and tools.
