About the Role
Provide expert support in SAP PP, QM, and VC modules to improve manufacturing and quality processes. Collaborate with teams to implement and optimize system solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver configuration and functional support for SAP PP module in production planning
- Support SAP QM module implementation for quality inspection and management processes
- Assist in SAP VC setup for complex product configurations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct system testing and validation for SAP solutions
- Support integration between PP, QM, and other SAP modules
- Document functional designs and process workflows
- Participate in project rollouts and system upgrades
- Provide user training and support during implementation phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in production environments
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on end-to-end process design
- Assist in data migration and master data setup
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP systems
- Participate in global or regional SAP projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices
- Contribute to standardization of SAP processes across business units
- Assist in defining key performance indicators for manufacturing and quality
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed
- Ensure alignment of SAP functionality with operational goals
- Support change management activities related to system updates
- Prepare and review test scripts for quality assurance
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and system optimization
- Stay current with SAP enhancements and new functionalities
