As a Consultant (m|w|d) Infrastruktur Microsoft at Assecor GmbH, you will play a key role in improving system reliability through automation, observability, and performance engineering. You will work closely with customer service and technical teams to proactively prevent risks, manage incidents, and transform feedback into technical improvements.
What You'll Do
- You develop and maintain SLIs, SLOs and Error Budgets
- You eliminate Toil by continuously improving and automating our processes
- You build up Observability solutions and further develop them
- You take over Incident Management with systematic approach and clear communication
- You optimize our systems and applications through targeted Performance Engineering
What We're Looking For
- You live automation – CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) are second nature to you
- You establish Observability tools
- You understand and communicate ITSM processes
- You define and implement scalable infrastructures
- You promote resilient application architectures
- You work closely with customer service to transform feedback into technical improvements
Nice to Have
- You bring coding experience – ideally in Java (Cloud Native), modern frameworks and databases
