ARES Consulting GmbH is looking for a Consultant Digital Workplace Solutions (m/w/d) to join their team of technical IT consultants. You will be instrumental in shaping the digital future for notable clients by building modern, collaborative work environments. This role involves consulting, conceptualizing, and implementing Microsoft 365-based solutions within a project-oriented team of 11-50 employees.

What You'll Do

• Work actively within project teams at notable clients to deliver Digital Workplace solutions.
• Consult on, conceptualize, and implement Microsoft 365-based collaboration platforms, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, and ToDo.
• Analyze and optimize business processes through automation using Power Automate.
• Migrate on-premises solutions like Exchange and SharePoint to the cloud.
• Develop innovative applications with Power Apps and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Create operational concepts, security policies (e.g., MFA, Azure PIM, Zero Trust), and technical documentation.
• Conduct customer workshops, requirement analyses, and training sessions.
• Contribute to internal ARES projects.

What We're Looking For

• A degree/training in computer science or comparable professional experience.
• Several years of experience in comparable positions with a focus on Microsoft 365, ideally in project-oriented environments.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with agile working methods like Scrum or Kanban.
• An independent, customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a team player with a professional demeanor.
• Ambitious and able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for important on-site customer meetings (on average approximately 3 days per month).
• Very good German and English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform and the Graph API.
• Previous exposure to Azure Services like Entra ID, Intune, or PIM.
• Knowledge of Intune, Exchange Online, or MS Defender.
• Know-how in Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, or knowledge of C# or .NET.
• Interest in exploring other Digital Workplace solutions like GSuite or OpenDesk.
