Responsibilities
- Interpret business needs and guide teams in designing and building data warehouse and reporting systems that address specific challenges
- Assess and help improve ETL workflows and database performance to increase system effectiveness
- Collaborate with project leads to define project goals, strategies, and analytical approaches, including problem investigation and hypothesis formulation
- Combine insights to form actionable recommendations and present findings to clients and internal groups
- Break down complex ideas into clear, accessible models and presentations
- Support project planning by helping track schedules, budgets, and scope while maintaining team and stakeholder communication
- Take ownership of data warehouse implementation tasks with limited oversight, including coordinating with onshore or client teams, leading meetings, preparing agendas, tracking progress, and serving as a primary point of contact
- Track project advancement, identify risks, and keep key stakeholders updated on status and expected results
- Help support leadership functions such as team development, recruitment, training, mentoring, coaching, and participation in internal programs
- Partner with management on unit-level efforts like process optimization and innovation projects
- Handle multiple assignments at once while adhering to deadlines
