Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and expansion of continuous monitoring systems and anomaly detection methods to minimize risk in the Auto portfolio.
- Enhance the precision of data reporting and enable earlier identification of issues across rating initiatives, core performance indicators, and Auto program outcomes.
- Develop robust, scalable monitoring workflows, tools, dashboards, and analytical models to support long-term portfolio oversight and program-specific evaluation.
- Decrease manual workloads and speed up response times by implementing automation, refining reporting processes, and strengthening cross-team collaboration.
- Support monitoring efforts for Personal Lines Auto pricing initiatives by evaluating performance metrics, detecting new trends, and determining if results align with expectations.
- Extract, process, and examine large volumes of data to explore anomalies, determine underlying causes, and deliver clear, actionable findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams in USDS, the Data Office, IT, Risk Analytics, Underwriting, State Management, and other departments to detect problems, coordinate resolutions, and strengthen monitoring effectiveness.
- Deliver regular, timely updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders regarding monitoring outcomes, data integrity, program performance, and potential risks.
