Zeeco is hiring a Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of comprehensive project plans covering schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk evaluations.
• Help secure required permits, authorizations, and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Supervise field personnel, including subcontractors, workers, and service providers.
• Support procurement and logistics of tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to prevent project interruptions.
• Carry out assigned tasks and monitor workflow to sustain operational efficiency.
• Manage daily construction operations to ensure adherence to design criteria, safety practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Perform routine site audits, address field problems, and apply corrective measures when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring project expenditures, projecting future costs, and handling change orders to maintain financial control.
• Support the preparation of financial summaries and participate in contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Act as the main field contact, delivering regular updates on progress, key milestones, and possible schedule impacts.
• Record all project phases and compile final documentation upon project conclusion.
• Recognize potential project risks, such as safety concerns or scheduling delays, and create plans to minimize their impact.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure worksite.
• Complete additional assigned duties as needed.
