AECOM is hiring a Construction Project Executive

AECOM Tishman, a leader in managing the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings and redefining skylines across the country, is looking to add a Construction Project Executive to our healthcare division in Boston, MA. The Construction Project Executive – Healthcare will lead business development and project delivery for major healthcare construction projects throughout the Greater Boston region. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments. - Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. - Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. - Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. - Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
