Responsibilities
- Examine construction plans and specifications to verify alignment with contract drawings.
- Evaluate technical components of major construction, design, renovation, or modification projects.
- Assess RFIs, submittals, BCOES documentation, and conduct on-site plan reviews.
- Inspect, evaluate, and test mechanical systems and equipment during installation.
- Track and record commissioning activities for building mechanical systems.
- Prepare necessary reports, correspondence, and contract documentation for project execution.
- Analyze complex or disputed change orders and claims to confirm proper justification and records.
- Participate in all mechanical and plumbing coordination meetings and contribute to fulfilling RFP and design criteria, including LEED-related requirements.
- Attend warranty inspections and assist in meeting and maintaining warranty obligations.
