AECOM is hiring a Construction Manager

Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contractors to deliver scope on time, on budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Establish and enforce the project execution plan, governance structure, roles, RACI, and reporting cadence. Drive decision-making, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual commitments. Own the integrated baseline schedule and ensure logic-driven sequencing (Primavera P6/MS Project). Track progress using KPIs and earned value, lead weekly look-ahead planning, and implement recovery plans when required. Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, utilities, and external stakeholders. Oversee site setup, method statements, work permits, inspections, and quality hold points. Review shop drawings/IFC alignment, manage RFIs/technical queries, and lead constructability reviews. Ensure safe execution, temporary works compliance, and effective logistics and site coordination. Uphold zero-harm culture; implement HSE plans, JSA/Job Hazard Analysis, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. Lead quality control per ITPs, material approvals, inspections, and nonconformance closure. Champion continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary on-site interface for the client, statutory bodies, utilities, and third parties. Facilitate progress meetings, steering committee updates, and executive dashboards. Maintain transparent communication with timely, accurate reporting and early warning notices.
