Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise every stage of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, financial plans, and progress documentation.
- Perform routine site visits to verify safety compliance and alignment with project specifications.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Proactively identify and address risks and obstacles during project execution.
- Promote a cooperative and productive atmosphere on construction sites.
