Serverfarm is looking for a Construction Accountant to oversee financial management and reporting for our construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting project success.
What You'll Do
- Manage job costing, including tracking project expenses against budgets
- Process and review construction-related invoices and payments
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for project stakeholders
- Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliation
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast costs and maintain financial controls
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
