Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of configuration control for intricate engineering systems, maintaining consistency from design through construction.
- Serve as a key liaison among engineering, construction, and project controls to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
- Preserve accurate and up-to-date technical baselines to support safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Enforce configuration management practices for design modifications, system interfaces, and unresolved technical matters.
- Facilitate collaboration among multiple disciplines to resolve interdepartmental technical challenges.
- Engage in project coordination and governance meetings as needed to support decision-making processes.
- Generate configuration-related data, performance indicators, and analytical reports for project insights.
- Promote adherence to configuration management standards within engineering and construction workflows.
- Process marked-up drawings and implement updates to technical documents and designs.
- Organize and manage technical document reviews in coordination with engineering personnel.
- Assist in internal audits and compliance verification activities within assigned areas.
- Keep Plant Configuration Registers current for designated systems.
- Handle requests for design changes and monitor interface dependencies between project work packages.
