Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring a Concrete Superintendent, Heavy Civil - Michels Construction, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and allocate resources to support field activities
  • Convey project scope and expectations to supervisory staff
  • Enforce completion of safety protocols including job safety analyses and site inspections
  • Participate in meetings with clients to support project coordination
  • Oversee procurement and availability of materials and equipment
  • Confirm accuracy and completeness of daily quality assurance, quality control, and as-built records
  • Evaluate timesheets and field-generated reports for consistency and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to align execution with project goals
  • Assist in the growth and development of supervisory and trade personnel
  • Promote consistent, safe, and efficient project delivery through active field involvement
