Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources to support field activities
- Convey project scope and expectations to supervisory staff
- Enforce completion of safety protocols including job safety analyses and site inspections
- Participate in meetings with clients to support project coordination
- Oversee procurement and availability of materials and equipment
- Confirm accuracy and completeness of daily quality assurance, quality control, and as-built records
- Evaluate timesheets and field-generated reports for consistency and progress tracking
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to align execution with project goals
- Assist in the growth and development of supervisory and trade personnel
- Promote consistent, safe, and efficient project delivery through active field involvement
