Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in computer science with an emphasis on computer vision and machine learning, acquired through academic training or extensive practical experience
- Thorough grasp of fundamental machine learning and computer vision principles, including model training behavior, generalization, bias-variance balance, assessment techniques, and typical pitfalls
- Proven ability to implement and manage model training workflows, diagnose convergence issues, optimize hyperparameters, and conduct rigorous evaluation on real-world computer vision challenges
- Successfully delivered a computer vision model or pipeline into production or production-like settings serving actual users, beyond experimental or internal use
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Highly driven to thrive in a rapidly evolving and demanding work environment
Nice to Have
- Specialized knowledge in visual quality assessment, defect identification, or anomaly detection
- Familiarity with model deployment frameworks such as ONNX and foundational MLOps practices
- Background in interpreting and visualizing model behavior, including techniques for model explainability
