Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end data subject request handling, including tracking deadlines, communications, task delegation, and resolution.
- Lead the examination of data subject access requests and prepare comprehensive responses.
- Stay current with evolving privacy laws and regulatory updates affecting operations.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders regarding compliance and data privacy matters.
- Respond to client inquiries, including RFPs, as well as internal questions from sales and leadership teams.
- Support internal audit functions through coordination, participation in interviews, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Demonstrate availability to travel or adjust work hours to align with global time zones.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal compliance workflows and implement improvements.
- Apply strong project management skills to deliver results under pressure and within strict timelines.
- Collaborate effectively within teams using adaptable and innovative problem-solving methods.
- Evaluate and integrate new compliance-related requirements, systems, or technologies such as request management platforms.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speech, both in English and the native language.
- Maintain high accuracy and precision in all documentation and processes.
- Quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and technical abilities.
- Exercise strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
