About the Role
The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards across key areas such as responsible gambling, anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, fraud prevention, and marketing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliant business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance oversight in designated regions and promote a proactive compliance mindset throughout the organization.
- Analyze legal and regulatory mandates and convert them into actionable policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide compliance support in areas including responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, know-your-customer protocols, fraud mitigation, complaint handling, regulatory interactions, and promotional compliance.
- Track changes in regulations, assess associated risks, identify areas for enhancement, and assist in adapting to new requirements.
- Perform compliance assessments, audits, ongoing monitoring, and gap evaluations across digital platforms, workflows, and user experiences.
- Assist in preparing licensing submissions, regulatory filings, and communications with supervisory authorities.
- Develop compliance reports and ensure proper documentation, governance records, and audit trails are maintained.
- Collaborate with Legal, AML, Operations, Product, Technical Compliance, and Commercial departments to align activities with regulatory expectations.
- Deliver practical compliance guidance and apply constructive scrutiny to business initiatives.
- Support ad hoc compliance projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
