About the Role

The role involves supporting compensation programs by analyzing salary data, maintaining job architectures, and providing insights to help guide pay decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market compensation data to support pay level recommendations
  • Maintain and update job classification and grading systems
  • Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmark roles against industry standards
  • Assist in the administration of merit increase cycles
  • Prepare reports for leadership on compensation trends and equity
  • Collaborate with HR and management on job evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Support the development and documentation of pay structures
  • Identify discrepancies in pay equity and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with teams to communicate compensation practices clearly
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive pay information
  • Use data analysis tools to interpret compensation metrics
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive compensation reviews
  • Track and report on compensation budget utilization
  • Evaluate new roles and provide input on appropriate pay bands
  • Support internal equity audits
  • Stay current with labor market trends affecting pay
  • Provide analytical support during organizational changes
  • Help ensure consistency in compensation practices across departments
  • Work with HRIS to maintain accurate compensation records
