Responsibilities
- Create a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers when taking orders.
- Maintain and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
- Keep the store clean, sanitary, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with a sense of ownership.
- Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory organization and restocking tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Compensation

On-site — Baton Rouge, LA

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
