Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain relationships with schools, youth organizations, community centers, social services, and local businesses.
- Actively participate in and frequently lead outreach activities including events, presentations, information sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs.
- Adhere to a consistent monthly outreach plan and meet defined activity benchmarks.
- Ensure visibility and access to opportunities for underserved and underrepresented populations.
- Introduce program offerings to young adults and assist in assessing basic eligibility such as age, income, and education status.
- Uphold confidentiality and data privacy when gathering personal details.
- Input lead information accurately into tracking platforms, ensuring completeness and validity.
- Respond promptly to all leads to sustain engagement and interest.
- Guide potential applicants through each stage of the process until they are prepared to start their application.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
- Document interactions thoroughly and in a timely manner within digital systems.
- Clarify program expectations, deadlines, and upcoming steps for all applicants.
- Contribute to team goals by increasing conversion rates from leads to applicants to program arrivals.
- Meet monthly minimum requirements for outreach events, partnerships, and lead follow-ups.
- Keep digital records updated and accurate at all times.
- Follow established procedures for eligibility verification and documentation.
- Support achievement of monthly enrollment and program arrival targets.
- Communicate professionally with community partners, applicants, and family members.
