Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycles, from concept to deployment, even in uncertain or evolving contexts.
- Develop and maintain reliable, well-structured services, components, and APIs, ensuring high code quality and system stability.
- Incorporate large language model APIs and AI-driven features into interview preparation tools to reflect modern engineering standards.
- Use AI-powered development tools as a fundamental part of the workflow to accelerate output and efficiency as an independent contributor.
- Create automated systems and internal tools to enhance community management, including email campaigns, Discord functionality, and resources for users.
- Handle daily community tasks such as moderating discussions, interacting with members of varying skill levels, and joining learning sessions.
- Spot unmet needs within the community, develop targeted solutions, and deliver functional improvements rapidly.
