Karman Industries is hiring a Communications & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the 'category creation' mandate for sCO₂ thermal infrastructure by establishing the company's voice as the default reference point in a still-developing market segment, and collaborate with external creative agencies as needed.
  • Draft and refine social media posts, announcements, blogs, and talking points in a plain, facts-first style that prioritizes substance over rhetorical flourish, and translate technical updates such as product milestones, funding news, and customer wins into clear external narratives.
  • Coordinate press releases via services like BusinessWire, manage media inquiries, and help build relationships with national and trade press covering data center infrastructure, semiconductors, and AI capital expenditure.
  • Own regular internal updates to keep a fast-growing, distributed team aligned on company milestones, organizational changes, culture, and recognition moments.
  • Help plan and execute events such as factory facility openings, award announcements, and customer- or investor-facing events.
  • Manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency across decks and collateral.
