Responsibilities
- Establish foundational knowledge of media planning across various channels
- Gain understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmentally responsible media practices
- Become proficient in using media tools such as TGI, Pathmatics, AdIntel, and Open AI
- Generate and interpret reports on competitive activity and audience insights
- Demonstrate curiosity and a drive to deepen media planning expertise
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging media trends
- Learn core aspects of campaign execution, including plan delivery and creative follow-up
- Support financial operations such as purchase order tracking, media bookings, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with activation teams to develop tactical responses and plans
- Maintain accurate internal and client-facing status updates
- Organize client and agency meetings, including agenda preparation and document collection
- Partner with management to align personal goals with role expectations and agency vision
