About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site commissioning of water treatment and purification systems
- Verify proper installation and alignment of system components
- Perform functional testing of pumps, valves, and control systems
- Calibrate instrumentation and monitoring devices
- Start up chemical dosing and feed systems
- Validate system performance against design specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during startup
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Document system settings, test results, and operational parameters
- Train operations personnel on system functionality and maintenance
- Inspect piping, electrical connections, and automation controls
- Execute pre-commissioning checklists and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors
- Respond to customer inquiries during system activation
- Maintain accurate field service reports and logs
- Support corrective actions for non-conforming installations
- Verify proper integration with existing infrastructure
- Assist in developing startup procedures for new installations
- Monitor system performance during initial operation phases
- Ensure proper handling and storage of treatment chemicals
- Conduct post-commissioning follow-ups and performance reviews
- Adhere to quality assurance and control processes
- Work in industrial and municipal water treatment environments
- Travel to customer sites as required
