Responsibilities
- Carry out all stages of commissioning (Levels 1 through 5) for control systems such as building management, electrical power monitoring, programmable logic controllers, and supervisory control and data acquisition platforms, with preference given to candidates experienced with Ignition software.
- Act on behalf of the client by managing coordination between general contractors, design teams, and equipment vendors at project sites.
- Create, evaluate, and implement test procedures—including functional performance tests and integrated systems tests—in partnership with commissioning specialists to confirm system compliance with design requirements.
- Keep accurate records throughout the commissioning process, including logging issues, documenting test outcomes, managing punch list items, and preparing final reports.
- Oversee the transition of control systems to operational teams, ensuring full functionality, complete documentation, and readiness for active use.
