Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for contract negotiations and agreements, delivering responsive, consistent, and reliable customer service to the customer base.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers and vendors, with a focus on generating new business.
- Work with Service and Production departments on job-specific details.
- Create and maintain customer proposals, internal audits, inspections, and related documents.
