Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue qualified enterprise prospects through multiple channels to secure new client agreements, navigating complex organizational structures to build consensus and finalize licensing and service contracts.
- Conduct compelling, solution-focused sales presentations both remotely and in face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop targeted strategies, messaging, and sales materials aligned with the business portfolio.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline within a specific region of mid-to-large-sized enterprises (2,000–10,000 employees) looking to upgrade or replace current recruitment systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape developments.
- Proactively identify, address, and manage risks in sales deals while providing accurate and reliable revenue forecasts.
