Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, assess, and record business needs, converting them into actionable functional and technical guidelines
- Examine current business operations to detect areas for enhancement and recommend effective improvements
- Serve as a liaison among business units, IT departments, and project teams to maintain clear and consistent communication
- Support billing systems, mediation platforms, and Call Detail Record (CDR) data handling to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives
- Assist in managing pricing models, rate configurations, and product catalog operations
- Engage in revenue protection initiatives and financial reconciliation tasks
- Assess suggested technical solutions to confirm compliance with business needs and long-term strategic objectives
- Support project planning, progress tracking, and delivery coordination
- Create testing strategies, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and verify the functionality of implemented solutions
- Produce comprehensive documentation such as business requirement specifications, reports, business justifications, and post-deployment evaluations
