About the Role
This position focuses on managing and growing relationships with commercial clients by delivering strategic value, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue through renewals and expansions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client portfolios
- Manage end-to-end account strategy to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Prepare regular reports on account health and revenue forecasts
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions with commercial clients
- Drive adoption of new products and features among existing customers
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client experiences
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform account planning
- Set and achieve quarterly sales targets for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for key clients
- Gather client feedback to influence product development priorities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all client interactions
- Lead regular business reviews with senior stakeholders at client organizations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations on both sides
- Support the resolution of service delivery issues impacting clients
- Promote customer advocacy and facilitate reference opportunities
- Stay updated on industry developments affecting client businesses
- Contribute to the development of account-specific success plans
- Manage pipeline forecasting for renewal and expansion opportunities
- Advocate for client needs internally to improve service offerings
- Use data to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
- Support onboarding of new team members through knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
