Responsibilities
- Lead supervisors and teams in achieving production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Enforce safety and health protocols to protect employee well-being across the department.
- Collaborate with management to analyze underperforming operations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of production records and reporting systems.
- Foster positive workplace relations and uphold terms of labor agreements, applying discipline when necessary.
- Use corporate scheduling systems to align production activities with business needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer specifications and service expectations.
- Work with plant managers to define performance goals and accountability measures for evaluation purposes.
- Organize and participate in scheduled operational and strategic meetings.
- Report directly to the General Manager on key performance indicators such as late shipments, inventory variances, productivity metrics, and labor efficiency.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as required by leadership or operational demands.
